Bridie is passionate about working with patients of all ages to assist you to reach your goals and get you back to doing what you love. She thinks it is of the upmost importance to educate you on your pain and dysfunction, to assist you to understand and take a proactive approach to your recovery and maintenance.
Bridie graduated from RMIT University with a double degree of Health Science/Applied Science (Osteopathy). Her love of sport, particularly basketball and AFL, is what attracted her to the career of osteopathy.
Most recently Bridie has been working in an osteopath clinic in Ballarat where she developed an interest in chronic headaches and jaw pain and gained experience treating lower back pain, rib pain, pregnancy and sporting injuries. She loves osteopathy because it addresses you as a whole. She uses hands on techniques as well as lifestyle and exercise advice to develop a treatment plan for you.
Bridie has completed the DMA Clinical Pilates course and will use these skills during her clinical exercise programs which she offers as a 1:1 or in small groups up to three.

Availability and booking
Bridie is available five days a week – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
