Exercise Physiologist

Jack completed a Bachelor of Education from Beijing Sport University in 2011 and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Queensland in 2013. He has worked in clinics, gyms and sports clubs where he has obtained valuable experience in treating people suffering from chronic conditions such as lower back pain, diabetes, obesity, sarcopenia, angina and more. As a sports trainer at local soccer clubs, he also managed athletes with many sporting injuries, such as osteitis pubis and hamstring strains. He has formulated his own way of rehabilitation in order to return his patients to sports, work and life.

Jack is an Exercise Physiologist accredited by Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA). He also completed professional development courses in Pilates which help him integrate many functional exercises into a clinical environment.

Jack is fluent in Mandarin and English. Jack is a dog lover and would love to talk about dogs when you see him. In addition, he enjoys his Brazilian Jiu Jistu training three times per week and always seeks good movies in his spare time.
