Payment
We are a private billing clinic. We ask for payment at the time of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Packs (Clinical exercise, Studio Pilates and Virtual Pilates)
Our pack prices are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you haven’t used your whole pack in that time, your credit remains; however, if there has been a change in pricing, the pack will convert to the new pack price. ie. You will receive a 10% or 15% discount on the most recent price.
Health funds
We deal with all the major health funds, and we have a HICAPS facility, enabling you to receive your private health rebate on the spot. Please speak to your health fund directly to ensure your extras cover includes your preferred services – osteopathy and remedial massage. We do not offer private health rebates for our Studio Pilates or Virtual Pilates classes.
Medicare rebate – GPCCPM
From 1 July 2025, the GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) replaces the previous Team Care Arrangements in Australia. Our Osteopaths can accept referrals for patients with chronic conditions under this program. This allows you to claim a rebate from Medicare for up to five allied health appointments, including osteo, in a calendar year. Please consult with your GP to determine whether you qualify for this program.
Cancellation policy
We request 24+ hours for cancellations. This enables us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist and/or helps your practitioner to plan accordingly. If you cancel on the day or don’t attend your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% for appointments or 100% for classes will apply. You can cancel up to 12 hours before your appointment by clicking the cancellation link on your reminder text or confirmation email. Alternatively, you can call us, send an email or leave a voicemail. Your assistance with managing your time and ours is greatly appreciated.
