Our cancellation policy

Please cancel your appointments and/or classes with 24 hours notice. Many of our practitioners are fully booked therefore, we make this request so we can try to offer the appointment/class to a patient on our waitlist. Our practitioners’ time is also valuable and we ask you to assist us in respecting it.

If you cancel on the day or don’t show up to an appointment/class there is a cancellation fee of 50% per appointment and the normal class rate will apply. In addition to the waitlist and our practitioners’ time, we enforce this fee because we firmly believe if a financial commitment is enforced, an attendance commitment usually follows which ultimately benefits you and your health aspirations.

If on-day cancellations or no-shows repeatedly occur, we reserve the right to enforce the full price of your appointment.
