Our cancellation policy

Please cancel your appointments and/or classes with 24 hours’ notice. Many of our practitioners are fully booked; therefore, we make this request so we can try to offer the appointment/class to a patient on our waitlist. Our practitioners’ time is also valuable, and we ask you to assist us in respecting it.

If you cancel on the day or don’t show up to an appointment/class, there is a cancellation fee of 50% per appointment, and the normal class rate will apply. In addition to considering our patients on our waitlist and our practitioners’ time, we enforce this fee because we firmly believe that if a financial commitment is enforced, an attendance commitment usually follows, which ultimately benefits you and your health aspirations.

If on-day cancellations or no-shows repeatedly occur, we reserve the right to enforce the full price of your appointment.

Fees are current as of July 2025 and are subject to change without notice. Clinical exercise and Studio Pilates pack prices are valid for 12 months from purchase. After 12 months, the credit will remain but the packs will convert to current prices if the prices have changed ie you will receive (10/15% of the updated price). July 2025.
