Neck and shoulder pain can be related and the pain can also be separate or independent from one another.

The neck is very mobile, to allow us to see in all directions. The most common causes of neck pain include:

  • strains from poor posture ie. tech neck from looking at your phone and laptop all day!
  • trauma
  • degenerative diseases, such as arthritis

There are many causes of shoulder pain. Each with its own unique set of symptoms.
