Each week, we design a 45-min full body Pilates work-out to music. You use the reformer, trapformer, wunder chair, mat and props and at each station you work a different part of your body. We can adjust the exercises to your level making it a great class for beginners to intermediates. We cater for most ages, fitness levels and Pilates experience.
Our classes focus on injury prevention, muscle strength and tone, postural alignment, balance, flexibility and fitness. Unlike our Clinical Pilates program, we don’t focus on rehabilitation and you can not claim on your private health.
This class is limited to four clients so you can enjoy a semi-tailored experience. We can work on specific areas important to you or assist you to train for a special event or activity such as running, cycling or dancing. We see this class as a hybrid between our Clinical sessions and large group reformer classes. It is semi-tailored with a bit of sweat and music creating a fun yet hard working class.
You don’t need to complete an assessment to join one of our Studio Pilates classes – book online and jump in! You will need to fill out a medical history form before your first class so we request you arrive ten minutes early.
