Spring Osteo Clinic, a long-time advertiser in the SHNN celebrated their tenth birthday in January. Husband and wife team Nick Harrison and Catherine O’Donnell started the clinic while still working in their respective external roles. Today, the clinic employs twelve staff and offers a host of services including myotherapy, remedial massage, Pilates and exercise physiology to complement its flagship service, osteopathy.
The clinic, originally located in Canterbury Road, moved to its purpose-fitted space in Whitehorse Road in 2015. In the ten years of operation, the team has welcomed over 6,000 patients through the doors and given over 100,000 treatments! Nick Harrison says ‘I feel a sign of doing something well is when our patients refer us to their friends and family. Now when we look through our patient list we see up to four generations of families, plus big chains of friendship groups. It means our clinic has become the accidental social meeting spot for many people in Surrey Hills and gives me the personal gratification that we are doing things right’.
Spring Osteo and its staff are active members of the Surrey Hills community. They regularly attend or sponsor local school fairs, and sponsor sporting clubs. And they have been proudly the Surrey Hills drop off point for The Nappy Collective since 2014. Owner Catherine O’Donnell, feels strongly about giving back to the community. ‘Our community continuously supports us and in turn we support them, we love being part of Surrey Hills and look forward to more to come,’ she says. The clinic’s staff, patients and supporters celebrated the tenth birthday with cake and a toast! Catherine can be contacted at [email protected] or phone 9830 7044. Congratulations and may you continue to be part of our community for many years to come.
