New Studio Pilates class times

Are you looking to be stronger, leaner and more flexible? Do you enjoy working out in small group classes rather than large ones? Are you injury free and looking to start your Pilates journey?

Our new Studio Pilates classes start this week!

We are offering 45 minute classes:

  • Monday 7.30am, 10.30am, 12midday
  • Tuesday 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
  • Thursday 10.30am
  • Friday 7.30am, 10.30am, 12 midday

Our Studio Pilates classes focuses on healthy bodies. It’s a fun, diverse, small group class utilizing our small studio and favourite equipment. Studio Pilates aims to provide fitness, flexibility, muscle strength and tone and postural alignment. Each week, our Studio Pilates instructors design a 45-min full body Pilates work-out to music. You will use the reformer, trapformer, wunder chair, mat and props. At each station you will work a different part of your body. We can adjust the exercise to your level making it a great class for beginners to intermediates.  Unlike our Clinical Pilates program, this doesn’t focus on rehabilitation and you can not claim these classes on your private health.

You don’t need to complete an assessment to join one of our Studio Pilates classes.  You will need to fill out a medical history form so we request you arrive ten minutes early for your first class.

Individual classes cost $30 and you can buy a pack of ten for $250 ($25/class).
