The part of osteopathy that Sarah loves most is connecting with you and spending the time to understand your individual needs. She enjoys formulating a plan with you that aligns with your goals, whether that be to live pain-free; return to sport or enhance athletic performance. When coming to see Sarah she will use a holistic approach that will take into consideration lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your condition. She will provide knowledge and empower you to best manage your health and well-being.

Sarah chose to study osteopathy after she experienced positive results from her own osteo treatments whilst competitively swimming during her teenage years. She wanted to help people get back to doing what they love.

Sarah loves the diversity of Osteopathy. In her treatment, she aims to:

  • Build a rapport with you
  • Provide hands-on treatment
  • Guide you through your rehabilitation and exercise programs
  • Provide knowledge and empower you to best manage your health and wellbeing

In addition to her 5-year university degree and working on our reception for two years, Sarah has completed a two-year clinical placement at the RMIT student clinic where she gained experience in treating postural-related pain.

Sarah has also completed an internship with Outback Osteos where she worked with patients in rural QLD that had limited access to osteopathic care.

As a result of her own experiences, Sarah’s special areas of interest are assisting patients to prevent and manage swimming and running-related injuries.

Outside of work Sarah has a passion for health and fitness. She loves to be active and enjoys spending her time attending BFT and Pilates classes, swimming and running.  Sarah hopes to share her enthusiasm for health and fitness with her you by encouraging you to find a way to move your body in a way that you love.

Some things you may not know about Sarah is that she has two adored French bulldogs called Alfie and Cleo, loves supporting the Richmond Tigers, and she is an adrenaline junkie!

Sarah is available for osteo and clinical exercise sessions:

  • Wednesday AM & PM
